I was a regular customer for this place. But today’s experience was worse. Like the employee was so disrespectful. I just ask for the price of jeans she looks so strange and Kind of ignoring reaction on her face. Nobody gonna like that. And nextly, I just rushed to the pile of clothes where she was standing and after seeing me she again made the face on me. And I just drop my idea for getting clothes from there for my future too.

Clothes quality is nice but service is poor. I was looking for clothes and a lady working their said, don’t touch anything if you want something I’ll hand it to you in a very rude manner. And I said let me look around before I select items and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I’m a regular customer btw.
I have visited this location several times in the last few years. I myself work in retail, and am a quiet and respectful customer who likes to be independent when I am shopping. But RW&Co has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced on a consistent basis. The most basic thing you can do as a sales associate is acknowledge (i.e., say hello to) every customer and, at some point during their shopping experience, make sure they are doing okay. Each time I have gone to RW&Co, I was ignored (while the person entering the store after me was acknowledged), never asked once if I needed help finding items (other customers were), and treated as a nuisance if I asked to try on something. I will not be returning.
They wouldn't take my coat back even when I just wore it once around my house and the tag was still attached. 0 damage or wear and tear. Ridiculous.
This store has very disrespectful employees. We simply asked for help and in return they very short with us. We ended up looking for what we needed by ourselves. To test if they were genuinely disrespectful staff members we stood in between the employees and waited to see if they would follow up with us. Obviously they did not, they continued to greet and be sweet to all the non people of colour. We felt like we were mistreated because of our race and being a hijabi. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.
I work in the mall part-time and ended up stopping in right before the store closed because I needed some new business casual clothes due to transitioning back to the office with my FT.... the 2 associates were SO helpful and kind. I was still deciding what to actually purchase based on my total and they found every discount and deal they could apply to the transaction so that I could leave with all the items I loved. EXCELLENT customer service, and the store was immaculate. I always feel guilty shopping near closing time but they didn't even bat an eye, which I really appreciate - though I still did get out before close. Looking forward to coming back soon!
